Belfast Library

 Belfast Campus Library Level 1

The main welcome desk is situated by the entrance to this floor that offers users a variety of learning spaces including bookable group study rooms and the 'Learning and Teaching' room. This floor is accessible 24 hours a day and offers self-service laptop lending, book returns, printing and desktop computing facilities.

The main welcome desk is situated by the entrance to this floor that offers users a variety of learning spaces including bookable group study rooms and the 'Learning and Teaching' room. This floor is accessible 24 hours a day and offers self-service laptop lending, book returns, printing and desktop computing facilities.

Access to the library's collection of books and journals. This floor offers self-service book borrowing and returns, a variety of study areas, printing, and desktop computers.  This floor is accessible during staffed Library opening hours.

Derry~Londonderry Library

Derry~Londonderry Campus Library Levels 0&1

Level 0 offers an informal and flexible learning space that includes moveable tables and chairs, sofas and 5 group study pods.  There are 20 networked PCs available on this floor.

Level 1 contains the Open Access Area with 114 study spaces, each one with a networked PC.  A section of this is designated a silent zone.
There are also 48 ‘bring your own device’ study spaces. Vending machines are available to give students the opportunity to take a break and meet with friends.

Derry~Londonderry Library

Derry~Londonderry Campus Library Level 2

Level 2 contains the print book and journal collections and is designated a silent zone for individual study.  All spaces have access to power connections for mobile devices.

The Information Skills Room (MM221) on Level 2 contains 55 study spaces, each one with a networked PC. This space can be used when there are no classes scheduled and is designated a silent zone.
