UN Data


Use UN Data to search across a large number of UN databases either by browsing
the data series or through a keyword search.  Useful features like Country Profiles,
Advanced Search and Glossaries are provided to aid research.

International Labor Organization

The ILO gathers statistics about the size, structure, characteristics, outputs and contributions of the participants in the labour market and how these change over time

World Bank

The World Bank provides free and open access to data about development in countries around the globe.

UK Data Service

The UK Data Service provides a single point of access to a wide
range of secondary data including large-scale government surveys,
international macrodata, business microdata, qualitative studies
and census data from 1971 to 2011.

Google Data Commons

 

The Google Data Commons Explorer aims to make large, public-interest datasets easy to explore, visualize and communicate.
Datasets covered are limited but include World Development Indicators (World Bank), Human Development Indicators (UN) and OECD Factbook.

Downloading from Google Data Commons itself is not yet supported so you will need to get the data directly from the individual supplier.
