We are starting to see the publication of new books on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on business.  The Library has purchased a number of these recently and they are all available as etexts through the Library Catalogue - click on the title links below.  Titles include:

The Business of Pandemics: The COVID-19 Story by Jay Liebowitz (CRC Press, 2021)
Counting the Cost of COVID-19 on the Global Tourism Industry by Godwell Nhamo (Springer International Publishing, 2020)
Covid-19 and Travel: Impacts, Responses and Outcomes by Simon Hudson (Goodfellow Publishers, 2020)
COVID-19 and International Business: Change of Era by Svetla Marinova and Marin Marinov (Routledge, 2021)

The business librarians have also produced a library guide on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on local, national and international economies and on companies.  This is available from: https://guides.library.ulster.ac.uk/businessguide/covid
