The Library now has a new subscription to SAGE's Research Methods online package and this is accessible from our A-Z Databases listing on the Library Homepage.

SAGE Research Methods contains information suited to all levels of researchers, from undergrads starting their first projects to academic staff producing research for publication and PhD researchers completing their theses. It is useful to new researchers that are still navigating research methods or choosing the research method that is most applicable to their research question.  It guides users through every step of the research process from beginning to end.

Content includes over 1,000 reference books, individual chapters, journal articles, dictionary and encyclopedia entries and the complete Quantitative Applications in the Social Sciences (Little Green Books) and Qualitative Research Methods series (Little Blue Books). Also available are downloadable sample datasets for practice and possible exam questions, and 130 hours of streaming video covering tutorials, case study videos and expert interviews.

The full range of methods used in the applied and behavioral sciences are covered, as are many commonly used in science, technology, and medicine.

Although the package is straightforward to search and use, if you would like a demonstration then please contact your subject librarian.
