Case Reviews and Inquiries

Northern Ireland has not always published Case Management Reviews (similar to Serious Case Reviews in the rest of the UK), although there are now a few very recent ones in the Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland Publications section. Up until now, only those cases which have resulted in an independent inquiry could be be freely found. Some useful links to Serious Case Reviews are given below:
