Save the search using the save search option and sign in if not already signed in.
Provide the details requested on screen,
Give the search an appropriate name, including the name of the database searched and the date searched.
This way you will clearly see from the title in your list of saved searches, which database was searched, and when.
Check that CINAHL Ultimate is highlighted and that Saved Search (Permanent) has been selected, then SAVE
