When searching within CINAHL Ultimate, use the Refine Results panel on the left to refine the search results.
The refining options include publication date, language and source:
Scroll down to see the full list of options and click on show more for other options.
Once chosen the limits placed on the results are displayed at the top of the left hand column and the screen is refreshed.to display the refined list of results.
