Searching

  • Stockley's Drug Interactions is hosted by MedicinesComplete along with the BNF and the BNF for children. 
  • Enter your search terms in the box provided.
  • Stockley's will auto-complete relevant search terms when you enter the first three letters. Click to select the appropriate result.
  • As this database searches for possible interactions the search box will prompt for two or more substances.

 

Example: Searching for the interaction between beta blockers and aspirin:

  • Ensure that the database selected is Stockley's Drug Interactions, and type in the interaction you would like information on.
  • You do not need to use AND connectors when searching.

 

 

  • The database will provide you with a suggested list of interactions based on the beginning letters of your search term.
  • Select the interaction needed by clicking on the interaction name.
