After Ulster: After Ulster

After Ulster

Ulster Alumni

All graduates of Ulster University resident in the UK and ROI can join the Library as Alumni Borrowers.

Alumni borrowers may borrow up to 2 standard loan books and will be able to request books from any of our Campus Libraries.

Unfortunately, our license agreements do not allow us to offer Alumni access to our electronic collections such as eBooks, eJournals and databases.

Access to Library Resources after Graduation

After graduation you will lose access to:

  • Ulster IT Services including email, Office 365 and OneDrive
  • Library Services including access to online resources such as eBooks and eJournals

Use the information on these pages to find out how you can retain access to some University and Library Services and find good quality freely available academic material online.

Digital Services

For information on IT access once you leave Ulster University, including email, One Drive and Office 365 visit the Ulster University Digital Services webpages.

RefWorks Alumni Program

Graduates and former members of staff of the University of Ulster can continue to use RefWorks through the RefWorks Alumni Program.

Those who already have a RefWorks account when they graduate or retire will be able to transfer their references into an Alumni account.  This account needs to be set up before leaving Ulster University.   Instructions are available in the PDF document above.
