Mac Users with Microsoft Word 2016 will not be able to use Write n Cite but should download RefWorks Citation Manager.
RCM is available on Word as an add in.

If you see an error message when using the "Use login from my institution" for RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, you will need to create a username and password.
See the instructions below to create this.
Some items will import into RefWorks as Generic. These may have unnecessary URLs attached and may be missing key information.
To ensure the citation displays correctly in your bibliography you should change this to the appropriate format e.g. Book, or Book edited collection if an edited book, journal article etc.).
