Reading Lists on the Library website are electronic versions of the lecturers' reading lists which can include references to books, e-books, journals and e-journal articles, scanned articles/book chapters and websites. The list has been linked to items in the catalogue to speed up your searches.
If your reading list is available online, find it from the Reading list link from the Quick Links section of the Library Homepage. You can get to the Quick Links section by either going directly to the Library Home page or going via the Portal and clicking on the Library tile.
This will take you to the searchable reading list screen. You can browse by faculty / subject area and view all the reading lists for that topic, or search by keyword or module code in the search box at the top right of the page. If searching by module code do not include spaces, e.g. enter LAW132 not LAW 132; CRE334, not CRE 334, etc.
Note: a small number of ebook links in Reading Lists may return a '404 not found' message. This is a known glitch.
If this happens, go to the Ebook Central database, log in and search for the book title there. A high percentage will be available there. If you cannot find it, please contact your subject librarian. |
