Once you have you have access the Library Homepage and from there you will see the Library Chat icon to the right-hand side of the screen here.
Once you click on that icon, it will expand out and allow you to submit your query to the Library Chat team.
You simply enter the details of your name and your Ulster University email address as well as the question that you would like to submit for an answer and then you can simply click on the Start Chat bar here.
The chat is available during normal office hours, so if you click on the icon during the day, you'll be able to open a live chat with one of our team members. If it's after hours, you can source other help here from this Help area to the top of the screen.
You can scroll down and the most useful one after hours is the Library Answers, which is a bank of F.A.Qs, which you can search through yourself or choose to submit a unique question yourself and we'll get back to you as soon as we're able.
