Reading Lists on the Library website are electronic versions of the lecturers' reading lists which can include references to books, e-books, journals and e-journal articles, scanned articles/book chapters and websites. Click on each entry to take you directly to the library catalogue record showing the shelf mark for your required item. The easiest way to search for your reading list is to use your module code but you can also search by module title or lecturer. If searching by module code do not include spaces, e.g. enter ART101 NOT ART 101.
To locate online Reading Lists go directly to the Library Home page and select Reading Lists from the Quick Links section.
The Library Catalogue is the best place to start searching for books, most (but not all) ebooks, non-book media (DVDs, CDs, microflm, etc.) and Ulster dissertations. Try it out using the search box below. Use the left hand results filters to limit by Format, to find various types of material.
To search by language, use the "More Options" beneath the search box to help you. For example if you want a book on "trees" written in Irish, you can search the Catalogue by typing in "crainn" at Keyword. Alternatively you can type in "trees", and "limit by language" selecting Irish as the limiting language.
