The Chapter Number here, c.12, refers to the twelfth act passed in 2016. It does not refer to the chapter within the individual act. Note, it is not in italics. Do not include the Chapter Number in the in-text citation.
In the full reference at the end of your assignment, the title of the act is in italics.
In the in-text citation, the title of the act and year (as part of the title) are in italics.
As the year is included as part of the title, there is no need to repeat the date in round brackets after the title.
If you need to cite a specific section, include the section number 's.' as illustrated below:
