Book:

Author Surname, INITIALS.-HYPENATED FIRST NAME (Year) Title of source. Edition (if not the first). Place of publication: Publisher.

 

Journal Article

Author Surname, INITIALS.-HYPENATED FIRST NAME (Year) Title of article. Title of Journal, volume number(issue or part number, if present), page numbers of the article.
